Otkrivatel Montessori School s looking for English language teacher to work in our Children’s House from September 2022<\/div>\n
This is a community of 15 children. The appointed individual would work alongside the AMI trained 0-3 guide, and AMI trained 0-3 assistant. During the work cycle the lead and support guides have active roles in the class for guiding the children to make joyful discoveries, gain independence and build self-expression.<\/div>\n

What are the requirements?<\/u><\/div>\n
– trained in early education.<\/div>\n
– experienced in practical work with young children.<\/div>\n
– fluent in English (English native speakers have an advantage).<\/div>\n
– positive and open-minded.<\/div>\n
– a love for children.<\/div>\n
– communicative and creative.<\/div>\n
– honest and responsible.<\/div>\n
– patient and consistent.<\/div>\n

What are the Roles and Responsibilities?<\/u><\/div>\n
– Working\u00a0 alongside the lead role of the environment.<\/div>\n
– Supporting children in making their choices of activity.<\/div>\n
– Supporting the children in completing their activity.<\/div>\n
– Maintaining the environment throughout the day.<\/div>\n
– Being prepared to lead whole class groups when needed.<\/div>\n
– Working as part of a team to plan outdoor\/afternoon activities.<\/div>\n
– Creating materials for the class as needed.<\/div>\n
– To step into other roles in the team when necessary including covering for the lead teacher (and giving presentations in their absence)<\/div>\n
