Dear Parents,
Оur school is going to take part in the Montessori Model United Nations in Rome, in 2024. This conference is a 4-day event in which students from all around the world converge in Rome to pass resolutions and articles on real-life problems facing our world today. Preparation, however, is a year-long process. The students are asked to prepare position papers from the perspective of the countries we have adopted. At this moment our countries are the United Kingdom, New Zealand, and Colombia.
The conference runs from April 30th to May 3rd 2024 and takes place in the Marriot Park Hotel in Rome. Students will be asked to form committees and make real-life decisions under the auspices of the United Nations. To get a taste of what it’s like, watch the video below.
